Our goal is to exchange knowledge about the multiple participative science programs in BC and WA. We document, compile and synthesize information about various programs, and provide training and participation opportunities for them.
Provide training for community based & Indigenous-led surface monitoring.
Provide community science training for subtidal monitoring action.
Develop and carry out science-meets-art project(s).
These objectives and deliverables were mapped out by the group in the first WG1 meeting. They are a work-in-progress and will continue to be refined.
